ABSTRACT
POEMS syndrome is a multisystem disorder associated with polyneuropathy, organomegaly, endocrinopathy, a monoclonalprotein(M-protein), and skin change. Recently we have had the opportunity to attend one patient with clinicalfeatures similar to this syndrome.
