ABSTRACT |
Autonomic nervous system is closely related to the every organ systems. This close relation causes diverse clinical manifestations in case of autonomic dysfunction. Clinical approach to the autonomic dysfunction is a delicate field in the clinical neurology, and generally needs detailed history taking and physical/neurological examinations. As classification of autonomic disorders is not well established, anatomical information and etiological diagnosis must be considered together in the evaluation of a patient. Treatment of primary autonomic dysfunction mainly depends on the symptomatic care and secondary autonomic dysfunction requires proper treatment of etiological disease. |
